Return Period
We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., personalized or special order items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return your current one. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As with regular returns, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
